Wobbly Bits and Cellulite

Kaplan Cosmetic Surgery Centers is thrilled to introduce a new treatment for cellulite and fatty deposits, or wobbly bits, without surgery.  Dr. Kaplan developed a new treatment protocol combining three technologies not previously used together to enhance the results of cellulite treatment.  This new treatment is called C.A.L.M.  First,  a treatment known as mesotherapy or lipo-dissolve is placed just beneath the skin into the cellulite or fatty areas.  This is a cocktail which includes  fat melters,  a skin tightener, healing agents and lidocaine (numbing) to begin the 40 minute treatment.  Next, the same area is then filled with carbon dioxide gas- called carboxy therapy.

This further breaks down fat, disrupts the fibers creating the cellulite appearance, and causes the release of oxygen in the tissues.  Lastly, the treatment area is placed under the Lightwave LED, a new NASA-developed technology, which helps also with the appearance of cellulite and aids in skin tightening.  Kaplan Cosmetic Surgery Center is the only facility to offer this new treatment protocol.  The treatments are very tolerable, cause no wound or downtime and are showing very nice results without the risks or costs of surgery.  In addition, the appearance of stretch marks can also be lessened by a modification of this treatment protocol.
