If I decide to have children after surgery, how will this affect my results in the long run?

Should I wait until after I have children?
Many women have children after augmentation and breast feed without difficulty. Some women get very large with pregnancy and might not care for the much increased size while others like this; the breast undergoes regression after the pregnancy or breast feeding and the previously placed implants might be thought not large enough while others revert back to the same size and do just fine. So, there is no way to really know the right answer.
A patient has to weigh the factors. What I usually say is that if you are planning to add to your family, wait. If your plan is to have children sometime in the future and the next few years are important as to how you feel about yourself, then it is perfectly fine to do the surgery before children.
